With the launch of MagicMirror v2, the foundation was laid for the creation of the MagicMirror² ecosystem. But to be honest, I could have never hoped that so many enthusiasts would develop and release their own MagicMirror² modules. Time to create some order in the chaos.
With the use of my two favorite web development frameworks: Laravel and Vue.js, I threw together a repository of Magic Mirror modules. The application allows you to filter on category, tags or developer and gives a visual representation of what the module looks like.

Developers can add their module by logging in using their GitHub account and selecting the GitHub repository they would like to add.

The detail pages will show the module’s README files and contains links to all important websites.

Of course, these possibilities are only the tip of the iceberg of what is possible. My goal is to add module suggestions based on categories, tags and favourites. But as any hobbyist, I always tend to have a lot of side projects at the same time … So it could take ages before I finish these ideas.
If you’d like to contribute to this project, check out the GitHub Repository. But be warned: the code lacks any form of proper documentation.
If you’d like to see the result so far, check out the current beta version: http://beta.magicmirror.builders/modules
